3. User Representations

By using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

• For subscription or recurring payments, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the Services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Refund Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in your separate Service Agreement or required by applicable law.

• Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
